These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of vegasgrocerydeals.com (the “Site”), operated by Vegas Grocery Deals (“we”, “us”). By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, mirror, or systematically reproduce Site content; resell access; or use the Site to compete with us.

2. Pricing and availability accuracy — very important

Prices and product details on the Site are gathered automatically from each store's public catalog and are point-in-time snapshots, not real-time quotes. Stores update prices, run flash sales, and change inventory throughout the day. The price you see on a store's website at the moment of purchase is authoritative — ours is informational. Each item card shows when its data was last captured (e.g., “Aldi · 3h ago”) so you can judge freshness.

We do not guarantee that prices, availability, or product details are current, complete, or correct. Always confirm at the store before buying.

Items sold by weight(loose produce, deli meat, fresh seafood) display the per-pound rate the store has posted. The total you pay at checkout depends on the actual weight measured by the store. Items the store can't price exactly without weighing are labeled each (est.)— the figure shown is an estimate, not a quote.

Stock and availability:we don't track inventory. The Site reflects each store's public catalog — what products the store offers — not what is currently on the shelf at any specific location. An item appearing on this Site is not a promise that the store has it in stock today. If you're making a trip for a specific item, confirm with the store first.

3. Outbound links and affiliates

The Site links to third-party retailers including Smith's Food and Drug, Aldi, Sprouts, Cardenas Markets, and Trader Joe's. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, prices, availability, or your transactions with them. 4. No warranty

The Site is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Use the Site at your own risk.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Vegas Grocery Deals, its operators, or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

6. Intellectual property

Site design, layout, code, and aggregated catalog data are owned by us. Store logos, product names, and brand marks shown on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used nominatively to identify those stores and products. Our use does not imply endorsement.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vegas Grocery Deals from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice. We may revise these Terms; the “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms must be brought in a court located in Clark County, Nevada.
